Casa Las Palmas in Sayulita is a brand new, architect designed luxury vacation rental located on Gringo Hill in a residential neighborhood of beautiful homes. Casa Las Palmas has perfect options for your stay, whether you are a couple or a large group. The upper floors contain a gorgeous 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Penthouse with private dipping pool. The lower floors contain five, 1 Bedroom Casitas with King size beds, private baths and kitchenettes. All rentals share the beautiful grounds and large pool.

Common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open air TV and lounge space with comfortable seating, a heated salt water pool with waterfall, hot tub, poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ area, sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating. This will be a favorite spot to hang out at night in front of the fire.

The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Penthouse has a soaring palapa roof, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces, with elegant doors that you can slide all the way open to let in the breeze, or can completely close the space while still enjoying the stunning ocean views. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with ceiling fans, ensuite baths and closet space. The master suite has a Jacuzzi bathtub and rainfall shower.

There are two types of 1 Bedroom casitas, some are smaller and some are larger. All with air conditioning, balconies or terraces, King size beds, ensuite baths and kitchenettes. One of the casitas can be accessed from the street level, and only has one step to enter, so this casita may be suitable for those with mobility issues.
