The central part of the house boasts a palapa thatched roof and the area encompasses a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island with breakfast bar, a dining area that seats up to 10, and a living room with sofas that you can sink into while contemplating the infinite beauty that surrounds through its window walls that overlook the striking Pacific Ocean and tropical jungle landscape.
Next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a shower. Continuing down that hallway leads you to a sprawling terrace with a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a dining area, and an outdoor living room with a sofa and chairs sheltered by the palapa roof.
This spacious holiday home is fit for extended families and large groups traveling together with a shared central area and then 6 stand-alone units. This type of layout lends itself to privacy with rooms that are designed to be independent, yet it keeps its residents connected through shared common spaces and stone walkways.
