For the sun adorers in your group, adjacent to both the private pool and jacuzzi, there are open, exposed comfortable benches and six large loungers. Outside, there is a complete kitchen bar, dining room and living room, covered and outfitted with seating for up to 10 people. Inside, there is a large open concept kitchen. The home also boasts a spacious, central media room, with towering double doors and a large screen. The crisp, clean feel and modern art pieces in this room, carry on in the decor of the bedrooms as well. Two of the four bedrooms are on the top floor, with the other two having access straight to the outdoor space.
